Bengals Pick #1 Joe Burrow LSU- Grade A- I am not as big on Burrow as most, with that being said Cincinnati had no other choice here and their fanbase would've been in shambles if this wasn't the pick. He's a good player and should be able to change the culture of losing.
Washington Pick #2 Chase Young Ohio State- Grade A+- Easiest pick in the draft. There were rumblings that they might go QB early but when you have a no brainer like Chase Young who is easily the best player this draft, it's an easy pick. Detroit Pick #3 Jeff Okudah Ohio State- Grade B+- I've been saying for months the trade market for the Lions wasn't going to be there. With that being said they picked the player who best fit their team. With Slay leaving in the offseason, Okudah can be a game changer and a pro bowler for the Lions. Giants Pick #4 Andrew Thomas Georgia- Grade B- -I thought Andrew Thomas was underrated as a prospect and people weren't giving him enough hype. He fits immediately here and will be a solid rock for years. The reason it is a B- is that I don't have him as OT1 on my board and that is where he was picked. Dolphins Pick #5- Tua Tagovailoa Alabama QB- Grade B -I know there are injury concerns but I never for a second believed he was going to fall out of the top 5. The Dolphins got their guy but I only grade it a B because of the legitimate injury concerns. Chargers Pick #6- Justin Herbert Oregon- Grade B - I mean the guy fell right to the spot and you can't fault them for taking it. I am not a huge Hebert fan but with their weapons and coaching I think he can be their franchise guy as long as they are patient. Panthers pick #7- Derrick Brown DL Auburn- Grade A- -This is a classic example of best player available and the Panthers are getting a monster in Brown. Only reason for the minus is I think Simmons would be a better fit here with that being said I loved the pick and think this was the move you make. Arizona Pick #8- Isaiah Simmons LB/S Clemson- Grade A -While I think Simmons is a risky prospect I can't fault the Cardinals for taking him here. He's a day 1 starter and if used right can lead that defense over the hump. The NFC West is getting better and the Cardinals should be able to surprise some teams next year with this pick. Jacksonville Pick #9- CJ Henderson CB Florida- Grade B - They easily got the second best corner in the draft and an instant playmaker. He struggles with consistency but he is the ideal mold of a #1 corner, he should be here for years to come. I don't think he will live up to Ramsey but I don't think he has to. Browns Pick #10 Jedrick Willis OT Alabama- Grade A- -Personally I would've went Becton here, but the Browns picked the safest guy and I can't fault them for that. Willis is one of the safest picks this draft and should be a quick plug and play player Jets Pick #11 Mekhi Becton Louisville OT- Grade A -Highest ceiling in the class and an absolute mauler in the run game. Although Becton isn't a safe prospect he will immediately fit in with the Jets and should be the guy for years to come. Raiders Pick #12 Henry Ruggs III WR Alabama Grade B- -Speed killssssssssssssss a classic Raider pick. I love the fit and I love the player. In the new NFL speed is so important and he's the fastest guy. If he was picked after Jeudy this would be an A but because he was still on the board I have to grade it lower. Tampa Bay Pick #13 Tristan Wirfs OT Iowa- Grade A- -I love the player I just didn't think you had to trade up for him, that being said he's a great pick and will protect Tom for the rest of his career. Iowa lineman don't bust and I don't think this one will either. 49ers pick #14 Javon Kinlaw DT South Carolina- Grade B- -I am not going to be as tough on this pick as others because they rarely screw up with picks like this and Kinlaw is a beast and fits that line well and they traded back for him. That being said they should've addressed a need here instead but best player available. Denver Pick #15 Jerry Jeudy WR Alabama- Grade A+++++++++ -I have been big on Jerry Jeudy since day 1. I think he is a playmaker and will become one of the best receivers in football. Best route runner I may have ever seen in college football. He is going to be a stud mark my words. Falcons Pick #16 AJ Terrell CB Clemson- Grade C -I like the player but he gets burnt in big games. There were better corners and available players on the board. That being said he will be a solid player, nothing special but not a complete bust either. I would've taken Gladney personally. Cowboys Pick #17 CeeDee Lamb WR Oklahoma- Grade B+ -He is an absolute beast and I can't fault Dallas for taking him here, he was easily the best player available but after paying Amari a 100 million this might have not been the biggest need. That being said he will be a playmaker and one of the best number 2's in the league Dolphins Pick #18 Austin Jackson OT USC- Grade C- -I think the Dolphins reached on a need here. Jackson is a feel good story and a solid player but I didn't have him as a midfirst and this pick still makes me cringe. I think they could've traded back and got the same guy but it wasn't the worst pick of the draft. He just struggles at being fluid and he could be a solid tackle at the next level. Raiders Pick #19 Damon Arnette CB Ohio State- Grade F- -Remember how I said the Miami pick could've been worse, this one couldn't. This is easily a gigantic reach and I understand the Raiders trying to change the culture but this isn't the move. He's not even a top 5 corner on my board. Jags Pick #20 K'Lavon Chaisson EDGE- Grade B- -So yeah, they are definitely trading Yannick. He is a solid Edge at the next level I would've taken Jefferson personally but I can't fault them for taking the pass rusher. You have to be patient with Chaisson I don't think he is a immediate stud but give him a few years and I think he figures it out. Philadelphia Eagles Pick #21- Jalen Reagor WR TCU- Grade D+ -It's not that I hate Reagor, it is that Jefferson fell in your laps and you missed it. You missed it for a guy who is a second rounder and even though I think he will be solid this is a massive reach. Vikings Pick #22 Justin Jefferson WR LSU- Grade A- -I was never big on the Vikings replacing Diggs round 1 that being said if Jefferson falls to you then you have to take it. Best player available and a position of need, great pick. Chargers Pick #23 Kenneth Murray LB Oklahoma- Grade A -I love this pick and I love the trade, they didn't give up a lot and got the best player avaliable to jump the Saints to do it. He will be a great day 1 and he was the most likeable player in the draft according to many scouts. Saints Pick #24 Cesar Ruiz C Michigan- Grade B -Cesar Ruiz is amazing and he is easily the best interior lineman. I saw him going later but with Murray off the board I can't fault the pick. Solid pick by the Saints. 49ers Pick #25 Brandon Aiyuk Arizona State- Grade B -I love the player but I'm not sure you had to trade up for him. That being said Aiyuk is a do it all weapon. He can hurt you in multiple ways and he will fit amazing here, that being said I still have Mims over him. Packers Pick #26 Jordan Love Utah State- Grade B -First off, I am proud to say I got every QB pick right in my mock. I don't think you had to trade up but I understand why they did. This is exactly the scenario I think Jordan Love fits, where he can sit for a few years before he is thrown into the fire. Classic Green Bay and while I think he isn't a need right now, I think it was good to address it now. Seahawks Pick #27 Jordyn Brooks LB Texas Tech- Grade C+- The tradition of Pete Carroll taking a guy I love but taking him too high continues. Personally I think Brooks is a great player and easily a starter at the next level. But this doesn't address their needs and they could've traded down to get him. That being said I love the player. Ravens Pick #28 Patrick Queen LB LSU- Grade A -I might be a bias Ravens fan but I love this pick. Their MLB is such an important part of the defense and is the biggest reason they lost in the playoffs. I couldn't believe Queen was still on the board and I am sure this was the easiest pick for them. His coverage and athleticism will translate instantly. Titans Pick #29 Isaiah Wilson OT Georgia- Grade B -Instant plug and play tackle and in my opinion not as big of a risk as Jackson. He's a great run blocker which is perfect for this team. With that being said there were other needs but replacing Jack last year had to be one of the choices. Dolphins Pick #30 Noah Igbinoghene CB Auburn- Grade D+ -Gladney is still on the board and I have Noah as a far worse corner than most. Also why did the Dolphins even need a corner in the first place. I like the player and the fit but there was bigger needs out there. Vikings Pick #31 Jeff Gladney CB Texas Christian - Grade A- -I love Gladney he's my number 3 corner and he fits like a glove here. The Vikings needed new corners and this guy fits the bill, his run support is a little rough but with the Vikings that shouldn't be a huge deal. Love this pick. Chiefs Pick #32 Clyde Edwards-Helaire RB LSU- Grade B -The first running back off the board is a good one. He fits perfectly with their offense and will be an immediate star with that system. He wasn't my number 1 back but he would be for the Chiefs system. I think he is a little slow but his pass catching is something you can't teach.

4/20/2020 0 Comments Tips on Managing Your ImageImage management is an important aspect to consider when thinking about being a college or professional athlete. Making sure that you are presenting yourself in a way that is beneficial to your career is something athletes often forget about. Here are some things you can do to manage your online image.
It might be a good idea to have multiple social media accounts - one for personal use for communicating with friends and family, and one for the public. Keep your public profile for posting things related to your athletic performance and image
Try to post at least 2-3 times per week. Especially in today’s world, maintaining an active online presence is something desirable for schools who are looking for athletes with a certain image
This may be obvious, but try not to be involved in drama that can often happen online. On your public accounts, be very critical of the messaging that you put on, especially when commenting on people’s posts Hopefully these tips will help you better understand how to manage and set up your online presence as an athlete. Remember: not everyone has to do this! However, if you use social media, making sure that your presence reflects who you are in a positive light will be beneficial to you for your career. 4/20/2020 0 Comments The 2020 Draft is HereHey all,

One of the best ways to show recruiters that you are dedicated and have the skills to be a part of their program is by making highlight videos. Below, I have some tips that will make sure that you are putting your best foot forward!
The best way to make sure you have a good highlight video is by preparing correctly. It is best to be able to either hire someone or have a friend who is able to record all - yes all - of your competitions. Having as much material as possible means that there are more chances to impress!
Versatility is key. Include footage of you doing as many skills as possible to show your versatility and adaptability. If you want to highlight a specific skill, include footage of yourself training in a drill. Not all of the footage needs to be in competition
Choose music and editing that reflects you. It should be something high energy and fast-paced. Choose something that you like and you think reflects your own personality. Conclusion: Highlight videos are hard to make sometimes, but hopefully these are some steps you can make to help you with your journey. Of course, if you have the raw footage and aren’t familiar with making videos, send your footage to us! We will make you a state-of-the-art, personalized highlight video. #HiLite #Recruitment #StayReady 3/30/2020 0 Comments Covid-19 ResponseHey all,
